The design team relentlessly endeavors to provide the client with the most economic design, in keeping with the functionality as well as aesthetically as beautiful as possible. The excellent team of designers and detailers work tirelessly to bring out the most error free design from approval drawing to the shop drawing that needs minimum revision or modification at field level.

SEIL, buildings are designed in compliance with the latest design and building codes (IBC 2006, AISC 2005, AWS 2006, MBMA 2006, AWS 2007). The design and engineering department is equipped with the latest design and detailing software along with the relevant books on building codes related to steel building

Fabrication

Factory is located on Dhaka The production capacity of the factory is currently 8,000 MT per annum. The factory is run by highly experienced local staff. From planning to production, from quality to maintenance the team is more than capable of delivering the very best to its elite clients.

To ensure delivery of the best quality product, the process commences right from the beginning i.e. material used. All materials are from a variety of sources from Japan, Korea, China, Vietnam, ustralia, etc. The ms plates are subjected to quality test before fabrication under the supervision of the QC at the Factory end.

Transportation

With a fleet of trailers, trucks and pickups, SEIL is well poised to deliver project material to site on time. Should there be a need, a number of out sourced, reliable and long time logistic partners are available to provide the needed support at short notice.

Erection

SEIL is well equipped company in Bangladesh with respect to PEB building erection both in terms of manpower expertise as well as erection equipments. SEIL available Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Torque Wrench, Magnetic Drill, etc, it is poised to undertake a project of any magnitude. All workers are covered by safety equipment thereby ensuring that, while the safety practices of the valuable clients are met.

After Sales Service

Most important part for a client’s point of view, which most of the so called good company in similar nature, not follow or can say don’t look after. SEIL, create customer maintaining good after sales service and all time customer buildup sense. SEIL’s most of the clients are its repeated customer. SEIL, given, customer service for any third party design and detail correspondence with clients’ approval as their part, roof or profile sheet leakage support or service as per clients requirement. Discuss with clients dedicated person or engineer for their steel building maintenance.
